If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Arkadia Supply, you may exchange or refund any product in its new, unused condition within 30 days after the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.
Arkadia Supply does not refund shipping costs. Any item that has been used will not be eligible for a refund. Sale/Discounted items are Final Sale.

We currently do not do returns or exchanges for international orders outside United States.
We are committed to only providing you with products and quality we stand behind. However, regardless of how carefully you use your product(s), it will eventually begin to show age and wear. We cover manufacturing defects claims requested within 90 days from the delivery date. Manufacturing defects claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In any case that a manufacturing defect claim is approved, a replacement item will be issued. Arkadia Supply does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear.
